1️⃣ Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed through our website, and payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes for US customers. For international orders, additional customs duties may apply.

2️⃣ Production & Print-on-Demand

All our products are made on demand through Printful. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Because every item is custom-made, some slight variations in color, print, or size may occur.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

*We ship worldwide via reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times:

• US domestic: 5–15 business days

• International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or other delays. Tracking information is provided for each order.*

4️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we can only accept returns in case of defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@meowandchill.com within 7 days with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or refund.”

5️⃣ Cancellations

All designs, illustrations, and content on Meow & Chill are the property of Meow & Chill and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. For international sales, including the US, local consumer laws may also apply.
