1️⃣ How long does it take to receive my order?

*All products are made on demand through Printful. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, and shipping times are:

  • US domestic: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.*


2️⃣ Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our items are custom-made, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@meowandchill.com with a photo of the issue.


3️⃣ How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package until it reaches your door.


4️⃣ Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need help, contact us immediately at hello@meowandchill.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.


5️⃣ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times and possible customs duties vary depending on your country.


6️⃣ Are the colors on the website accurate?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but the final product may slightly differ due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
